It was a decent introduction. trying to test hypnoses, but not fully sure it works well. I tend to always snap out of it or wake to early. As for the audio quality it is good, calming and soothing. Just hope to one day feel a real hypnotic journey and actually feel all of it.

I’m skeptical about my sensitivity to hypnosis, but as I was listening I felt awareness start to change. I can’t describe how it felt, but as it did my heart rate started to rise. Eventually it was so high that I couldn’t control my breathing and could barely hear her voice over the pounding in my ears. What was that?

Hypnosis always seems to be hit or miss for me. Sometimes I can quiet my mind enough, and other times not so much. I was worried this was going to be another miss, but as I got near the count up I started feeling pretty great. this is the first time ive propperly followed instructions to the letter . very sceptical about hypnosis but found myself feeling heavy and wanting to not be able to move , i willingly sat still unable to move untill instructed .
