General Terms and Conditions
§ 1. Goods: The files/audiobooks offered here – referred to by us as ‘hypnosis’ – make absolutely no claims to effectiveness, healing or therapy! They are intended purely for entertainment purposes and may only be used as such.
We do not guarantee their effectiveness. There is no right to a refund if the file is ineffective.
§ 2. Health restrictions: Before listening to hypnotic files, please consult your doctor to determine whether this is really suitable for you. We accept no liability for any psychological problems that may arise as a result of our audiobooks.
We would like to point out that people with medical conditions or impairments (such as epilepsy, asthma, circulatory problems, etc.) or mental illnesses (such as depression, psychosis or bipolar disorder) should generally only undergo ‘hypnosis’ after consulting their doctor or therapist. Likewise, you should not have consumed drugs or alcohol under any circumstances. The use of the ‘hypnosis’ downloads offered here is at your own risk!
§ 2.1. The respective authors are responsible for the content of the audiobooks. To contact the authors, please send us an email at support@erotische-hypnose.com
§ 3. Rights of use: Our files are for private use only. Making them publicly available on the internet or other media is not permitted. The distribution and transfer of our files is also not permitted. This includes so-called file-sharing networks and similar platforms.
ATTENTION: All our files are therefore provided with an individual code for our protection. This code allows the original owner to be traced. We will take civil action against you for any violation of §3. Furthermore, you agree to pay a contractual penalty of €5,000 in the event of a violation of §3. This contractual penalty does not cover any claims for damages that may have arisen.
§ 4. Conclusion of contract – The contract is concluded when you order an audio file. The contract becomes valid when you click on the ‘Submit’ button in the checkout area. The purchase price is due immediately upon ordering. The contract language is German.
§ 4.1 By downloading the file, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age and therefore of legal age.
§ 5. Cancellation – You can only cancel your purchase as long as you have not yet downloaded the product. In this case, please send an email immediately to: support@erotic-hypnosis.com
§ 6 Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (G Promotion UG, Charlottenstrasse 6, 82140 Olching, Germany, support@erotische-hypnose.com, telephone: 017684012025) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email). You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of cancellation
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund.
§ 7 Expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the delivery of digital content not stored on a physical data carrier even if we have begun to execute the contract after you have expressly agreed that we may begin to execute the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period and have confirmed your knowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal by agreeing to the commencement of the execution of the contract.

§ 8. Alternative dispute resolution pursuant to Art. 14 (1) ODR Regulation and § 36 VSBG:
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which can be found at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are willing to participate in out-of-court arbitration proceedings.
Protection of minors
We are also fully committed to the protection of minors. For this reason, young people who have not yet reached the age of 18 cannot purchase our files, as our payment methods all require the user to be of legal age in order to make payments. In general, we would like to ask parents to ensure that their children do not have access to adults’ login details or credit card information.
