I like how this training reminds me to stay in the present, and yes following Dark Freya’s instructions and being obedient are fun too. The couple of times I messed up I immediately caught myself a moment or two later and did feel a little off so I went back and corrected myself.

i first listened to “Mine” a couple of weeks ago.
