For women, the regular, physical orgasm is accompanied by rhythmic contractions of the outer vaginal muscles and the uterine muscles. Interesting fact: The inner and further back part of the vagina expand during orgasm and form a tent with the cervix, that then absorbs the sperm.

When you experience an orgasm through hypnosis – an HFO, or mental orgasm – the feeling is often described in different ways. Usually, the “normal” climax begins between your legs and from there begins to spread throughout your body.
