This file is very effective, I had used dark Freya’s files before and decided to give this one a go. I have used this many times. She has a good way of preventing you from arousal or anything else. Her method is to take it from you. And you willingly let her take it from you. Now you can’t take it back.
You may think you can…but you can’t.

This is a great recording that easily pulled me into a deep trance. I really enjoy this type of recording because it offers something that is easy to identify if it is successful or not. I have to say that the promise of being forced into chastity for 14 days was both very exciting and very concerning at the same time. I was not sure if I was ready for this. I had moments where I thought I might go crazy if it really works. So what was the result? For me, it didn’t work, even after a second listen, but you may still want to give it a try. Typically, this type of control takes some time to build up to, and if I had to say one criticism of this recording, it would be that you don’t want to listen to it repeatedly (like 10 to 15 times) unless you want to not cum for a month. The induction is fairly standard (but effective) progressive relaxation. If you aren’t used to this, or are new to tracing, you may want to practice with a different recording first – Dark Freya’s “Censored” or Tara’s “Sleep for me” (both available on this site) are both suitable: they can be listened to repeatedly until you can achieve an effective trance. The deepening is a count down, which I’ve always found very effective, and the instructions/commands are simple & effective. For me, with advanced training, I only had to listen to it once to get the desired effect. YMMV – if you aren’t experienced and you don’t pre-train your mind, you may have to listen to it several times to get the desired results… and you may end up in chastity longer than you expect!
